Out of Checking records

["Owopetu Olubunmi" <oowopetu at law dot howard dot edu>]

We received a notice from iii that "our checkin records are approaching the maximum allowed."  We need to clean our system out by deleting some records or purchasing more records.  Has anyone experienced a similar situation and can share with me how and what you did to clean your system?
