You said you are not printing and mailing Courtesy notices, but I take it
you are e-mailing them. Are you using auto-notices? We only e-mail and
and the sytem is set up to forward the notices that can't be sent to the
iii administrative account, for example, circadm at yourlibrary dot org dot I
presume this is so they can be mailed, similar to the way our hold/overdue
notices work. If this what's happening at your library, you might take a
look at the settings for auto-notices to see whether this feature can be
turned off.
