Silver - Rapid receive

We are have recently started using the Rapid receive function through
MilAcq.  A couple of weeks ago this worked very smoothly, very user
friendly.  Unfortunately the Silver update hit and we cannot figure out
how this works.  It seems very "unfriendly", maybe I am missing
something.

 

Is anyone using Rapid Receive on a regular basis?

Does it matter when you Rapid Received?  Before invoice payment or
after?

Is there a better way to create the item records?
