help with WAM table and Environmental Universe

Our library is using the WAM consortium module, and we are experiencing a
problem with Lexis-Nexis' Environmental Universe. The link is validating, but
then going to a login screen. We have been assured by Lexis-Nexis  that they
have our proxy IP in their list of valid IP addresses.   And to make the problem
even more confusing, our link for Lexis-Nexis' Academic database works fine. We
are using two entries in the WAM table, one for www.lexis-nexis.com, and one for
web.lexis-nexis.com.

Can anyone offer any suggestions?
