Jean-Marc,
Yes, we're running Silver. Do you mean to set the paper source to "form (partial-cut)" under the printer preferences * that's the closest option I have. I tried it and it and still no dice. What drivers are you using for your TM-U220? Are you on w2k? I'm wondering if I need to configure the printer properly under windows to get this feature to work as it doesn't even cut the slip after printing from a common app like Notepad or Word. I can't find anything in the documentation for the printer to this effect. What exactly did you have to do to get your setup to auto-cut?

Thanks,
