Acquisitions POs in Millennium

Hi, everyone.  We are just starting out with our acquisitions migration
testing from Horizon to Millennium, and we're taking a look now at the
printing of POs from the new system.  Most of the people we've checked with
at other Millennium libraries are using the legal-size PO forms from III,
but we are not really happy with the legal-size form.  We've experimented a
bit with using a 8-1/2" x 11" format, yet don't wish to reinvent the wheel
if we don't have to.  Are there any libraries out there using 8-1/2" x 11"
forms?  Would you mind sharing the formatting specifications and/or the
forms that you use?  If so, perhaps you could help me, off list?  Thanks
