Where did my briefcit display go?

Upgraded to Silver successfully this last weekend.

In our staging area, I had a perfectly nice briefcit.html all ready to go.

After the Silver upgrade, the staging area is not loading briefcit.html. The
file is still there in the staging area directory, unchanged.

My question:

--Is there some option or flag or something, documented or no, that could be
suppressing use of the briefcit.html file? (We are not using any of the
TABLEPARAM options in wwwoptions.) Or do I have to call the helpdesk on
this?
