Hi Adriene

We have been using generic logins at Canton Public Library but implemented
individual logins for catalogers (about a month ago) so they would have
their own print queues. I've also created unique logins for librarians in
our adult services department, and am moving toward putting everyone on a
unique login, since our organization has a limited set of licenses. This
makes it a bit easier to track 'who is logged in' or phantom sessions (not
properly logged out), in order to resolve problems with all ports in use.
