Hi Amy,
We are a large public library consortium and we use images on all of our 2000 computers. Both Millennium and telnet can be part of the image. Your CS department should be able to do it. If you use profiles you can point the icon/shortcut to your server (IP=server name or IP address).

Subject: Millennium & telnet clients as part of re-imaging
Our Computer Services department has determined that it is in our best interest to reimage every computer on campus, including the library staff. Computer Services has asked me whether the Millennium client and telnet client, Anzio in this case, can be included as part of the reimage. I have no clue whether or not this can be done. If it can be, it would save me from having to reinstall these clients at every station, but I do not know where to begin the research of finding out .... so I thought I would start with the knowledge and experience of those on this list.
Has anyone had any experience with reimaging entire departments? Can Millennium and telnet clients be incorporated into a computer's image? If so, are there specific set-up procedures I would need to follow in order for this to happen? Any problems, concerns or other general advice?
Thank you ever so much for your assistance.
