The problem here is the vendor records are not indexed. I called
helpdesk and III is working on it.

Two things:
1. My understanding is that they do not display in a nice list like 
before.  Therefore you may need to search for a vendor you know is in
your 
file.
2. Also, it is possible that the vendor file needs fixed if you cannot
find 
a vendor when you search. When the III trainer was here, we were looking

for ours and I think III did have to do something to make them display. 
That should not have happened, but it did.  Therefore, that might be the

case on your server as well.
