We are having a problem with our Advanced Search feature. We enter the
information into the search box and then click "submit" but nothing
happens. I checked our setting for OPAC in our system and the AVS
settings are correct.
I'm no Javascript expert, but my guess would be that nothing happens
because the form action calls a Javascript function, but the function is
not defined on the page. The opening form tag is:
<form action="javascript:submitSearch(this);" enctype="multipart/form-data:
charset=utf-8" name="search" id="search" onsubmit="return submitSearch(this);">
I don't see the submitSearch function defined anywhere. (It should be
there in the canned page which comes with the system.)
