Collection Development/Budget Planning in MilStats

Hello;

Hopefully someone can answer my question.  

I understand that the above mentioned reports can only be run using
Order records.  The problem I am having with this method is that I am
unable to retrieve title level figures for Electronic Resource budget
planning.

We were able to do this in the text based system.  A list was generated
using both Bib and Order records to allow for reporting on a title by
title basis.  The reports included payment history (2 years) and
projections (based on the two years), plus varied information from the
order record.

We are on 2002 Phase 3, migrating to Silver shortly.  

Any thoughts, clues, advice???
