I have IE 6.0 also and I can see both the mainmenu images and the material
type images in your catalog.

Firefox 0.92, Netscape 7.1, and Opera 7.32 all appeared to load the images
correctly also.

I am using Windows 2000.

It could have something to do with the fact that some of your images don't
have
standard filenames.

This image has no extension eg. .gif, .jpg, .png to indicate how the 
browser should
interpret it. Also the use of non-standard characters like [ ] would also 
freak out
some browsers.

Change the name of the image and see what happens. This doesn't explain why
the
format images don't show within the catalogue, however.
