This summer, we set up wam verification for on campus access to our
online databases. As far as I knew it was working perfectly, with
patrons accessing the pverify2_web page, verifying themselves, and
getting access to the likes of Infotrac etc. However, it has been
brought to my attention that this does not work if the patron is using
anything below internet explorer 6.Most of the college here seems to
still be using internet explorer 5!! Did anyone else have problems with
this, is there a workaround, or might it be a problem with my code.
Please reply if you know anything, I can imagine the response if I ask
IT services here to upgrade each machine to ie6
