check the temp file folder. I found that if I went in and manually deleted the jpeg file form the temp folder I was not freezing. Look in the black java window that is running when Mil Media is running for the actual temp file name.

I am using Media Manager to add low-resolution jpegs to bib records in our
catalog. After cruising along for some time with no problems, lately, each
time I click 'Save' after adding an image file, the system completely
freezes. I've tried at different times of the day and using different
computers, but the freeze is inevitable.

The pointer to the image is in the 962 field, not the 856, as the image
files are stored on the main catalog server (to the best of my knowledge)
rather than on a separate server.

We do have a call in to III about this. Can anyone using Media Manager offer
words of advice in the meantime?
