- Subject: Profiling Services Software
Hello:
We are considering purchasing Profiling Services software from
Innovative so that when we order from a vendor's website, brief bibs and
order records will automatically be returned to MilAcq. Currently, we
have our selectors create their own brief bibs and order records
manually, and we send these to Ingram and Baker & Taylor via basic
email. Ingram has told us that their system will interface with
Innovative. We have not yet checked with Baker & Taylor.
We are interested in communicating with libraries using Innovative's
Profiling Services for this purpose. We would like to know how (and
with whom) it is working and whether they have encountered any problems,
have any advice for us, etc.
We are currently on Release 2002, Phase 2.
