Restricting circulation to certain PCODE patrons 2

Sorry for the mis-type in the previous. I meant to say:

 

We would like to restrict the use of our Psychology Test Kits to a
certain portion of our Grad student PTYPE, namely 2-5 numbers in our
PCODE3 patrons, in order to comply with our licensing agreements. Is
there a way to do this in the loan determiner table without creating a
new PTYPE?
