CHIEF OF TECHNICAL SERVICES

Experience life in one of the world's most exciting cities!  The San
Francisco Public Library is seeking to fill the position Chief of
Technical Services.  The individual in this position will be responsible
for all aspects of operation for the Technical Services Division, which
includes Acquisitions, Catalog and Processing, and Preservation. 

The position requires a Master's Degree in Library and Information
Studies (MLS/MLIS) from a college or university accredited by the
American Library Association and six (6) years of professional
experience in a large urban library.  Three (3) years of the required
experience must include high level managerial experience. 

 

Salary range is $80,808-$98,202 annually.
