Alan,
You are talking about using Innopac to create the record, and then Import that
whole new record into OCLC.
I'm not sure you can do that.
OCLC will need all the MARC information. Often Innopac does not have all the
MARC info that OCLC might be looking for.
OCLC will also need to be able to assign an OCLC number to your new orignal
record.
Then you will need to place that number back into your Innopac Record.
You may want to stick the creating records in CatMe ..... perhaps copy/paste
from Innopac into CatMe, clean it up, then send to OCLC.
