Alan,
We catalog in RLIN and download via FTP to Innopac, then we gather records monthly
and upload to OCLC via FTP. This requires the FTP "product" from Innovative and
arrangements with the "Batchloading" folks at OCLC. We don't have Millennium yet, but
I assume it will still work there...
