Dee Ann --

I went through it also this week and did receive a box that told me that we were done with fiscal close. I have been beating myself up for not getting a screen shot!

I hope that my slides will have circled all the places where you click and where you look. When running the Fund Activity Reports, I was looking and looking where the get the prompt to print the report. I guess I missed the giant print icon in the upper right hand corner of the screen (duh!).

With Telnet, we are trained to always look down to the bottom of the screen for options. With Millennium, the system uses the whole playing field.

Best -- Corey

We just completed the fiscal close last week and I'll rely our experiences.
We had to contact the Helpdesk to turn on the Fiscal Close mode. We didn't
have an up-to-date manual until after we closed. The Fiscal Closing
information should start on page number 106022. Even without having the
manual it really did go smoothly, a little confusing having next and
continue both on the bottom of each screen.... and we really didn't know
when it was done, we didn't get any sort of message indicating that the
Fiscal Close was complete until we click on a different mode. Good luck to
all of you starting this process.
