printing in MilSer

We have begun using the Millennium Serials module, and are muddling our
way through.  A few questions came up this morning that I could not
answer, and I could not find an answer in the list archives, so I'm
hoping someone here can help.
1) The "pull slip for serials to send to bindery" includes all the
vendor notes, which our serials staff does not want printed.  Our
training was back in December, and I remember this being an issue then,
too....however, I can't remember if we came up with a solution.
2) Also, our routing slips are printing strangely (for lack of a better
word).  They are centered, department information is "cut off", and they
contain rows of ellipses (...).  I'm assuming this is a printer setting
problem, but I'm not sure where to go to fix it.
