This is the very last reminder (I promise) --

The deadline for submitting your ballot for the IUG enhancements is Friday July 2, 2004. Please remember that in order for your vote to count, you must reply to the email that will be sent to the IUG site contact. This maybe a problem if you are submitting at the last minute. You also need to confirm your selections immediately after selecting them on the screen that summarizes your choices. If you have ANY questions, concerns, problems, etc. related to this process, please email Meiko and/or I and will will try to take care of it right away.

This is the original announcement for the ballot --

Hello --

Thanks to the work of my colleagues Mieko Yamaguchi and IUG Webmaster Caleb Tucker-Raymond, we now have a voting form for the 2003-2004 enhancements. The ballots were posted recently and I am sure that everyone has read them already. Well, now you can vote!

The link is available from the main page for this voting cycle:

http://innopacusers.org/enhancements/2004/

This requires your IUG password and (please do not share it with this list!) The IUG site contacts will be getting a reminder message shortly about the voting. Please remember that the IUG contact needs to confirm the ballot selections by responding to the email that is generated when you vote.

Since we were late getting the form going, we decided to extend the voting deadline to July 2, 2004 at 5:00PM Pacific Daylight Time (USA). This is the week after ALA.

Again, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact either Mieko or I. Again, the lion's share of getting this form alive goes to Mieko and Caleb! We will be creating a final report and virtually handing that off to the users as a whole and to Innovative in July when the voting is done.

Best --
