Remote access to Westlaw via proxy re-write

We have a subscription to Westlaw Campus. On-campus access via IP 
authentication works fine. Off campus access does not seem to be 
working for us we get the message:

   You are not authorized to use this sponsor.
   If you know your Westlaw password, click here to sign on to westlaw.com

We use the proxy rewrite system and have the WAM table set up as follows:

	1 > Token                  west
	2 > IP Address/Host Name   *.westlaw.com
	3 > Port                   80
	4 > Service Level          0
	5 > Verify                 3
	6 > Valid Patron Types     0-255
	7 > Valid Patron Home Libs
	8 > Database Identifier 
	9 > Database Name          westlaw

We had structured our url properly for the system as follows:

	<http://0-www.westlaw.com.library.ccbcmd.edu/signon/default.wl?sp=xxxxxxxxx-9999&rs=imp1.0&vr=1.0&cbhf=none";>

I blocked out the site code in the above for the listserv.

Does anyone else use Westlaw or Westlaw Campus and proxy rewrite and what have
you had to do to get remote access working?  Any suggestions?
