We have emails bouncing back to us with an extra "L" inserted in the word "earthlink" so that the email is undeliverable to "earthlilnk.net".

It is very frustrating! And, it is only one earthlink customer among many hundreds. Even when we retype the address in and resend it, something in the cyberworld changes it to "earthlilnk". How strange that you are losing a "k".

Subject: Earthlink emails overdue oddity

Good afternoon,
We have a member library that reports overdue email notices to the two
patrons who have earthlink accounts drop the K in earthlink, thus making the
messages undeliverable. Has anyone else experienced this? If so, do you
have any words of wisdom? Thank you in advance.
