According to the U.S. Copyright Office, names, titles, and
short phrases or expressions, including "names of products,
services, businesses, organizations or groups...catchwords,
catchphrases, mottoes, slogans or short advertising
expressions...are not subject to copyright protection." So
it's unlikely that "superkeyword" is copyrighted. It may be
protected as a trademark or service mark, but probably not
copyrighted.
