Actually I never like the Superkeyword wording anyway. This will be an
opportunity for us to change, hopefully not to change to something that
is copyrighted. Thanks.
Any more suggestions? I did do a search on the Uber-word to see if it
is copyrighted. It is used by the uber word game. I am wondering if
there is anything that is not copyrighted.

Don --
This is just amazing.
Was it Cummings Design? We do not use that term so we did not get this
note but I noticed it on their site. I am not sure how successful they
would be in fighting their suit, but I believe that they have to defend
their copyright or they essentially lose it.
I suppose that I can offer some alternatives:
Mondokeyword
SuperMONkeyword
Uber-word
The Big Search
SuperDuperKeyword
or just plain Keyword.
Good luck.

I am wondering if any libraries out there receive some warnings that
"Superkeyword" is copyrighted and we are not allowed to use it. Here is
the message:
Your site needs to cease all "SUPERKEYWORD" TERMS , this is an copyright
infringement on our company, and you did not pay a license fee of $1000
/ year.
