- Subject: Electronic Reserves Stats
In addition to the known problems with WAM, one other problem I have found is their inability to produce statistics on the total number of times individual ER articles are accessed by students. Has anyone figured out a way to put together total figures per item, not the individual listings that WAM produces? We used Excel's very time-consuming COUNT function to get figures on this, but it was too time-consuming.
