Subject: Preventing immediate rechecking out

We have a problem with patrons returning short loan items and then
checking them out again as soon as they are reshelved, preventing other
patrons from getting them. I don't believe there is anything that can be
configured in Innopac, but does anybody have any "creative" workarounds
to this problem?
