We are using a character based system and recently III put in a last
activitiy date. Look at a patron record and look at fixed fields on the
right hand side. There should be a a field called circac with a date. That
date is last time the card was used for whatever reason, not necessarily
check in or check out. If there is no date then we assume card has not been
used since III put in this feature which was recently but I don't recall the
date.
