If this is indeed a text file, why not just use a mail merge wizard in a word processing program? What we used to do in our prior system was create a deliminated text file and use Office to print to Avery 6210 (?) labels. Part of the trick is to use blind character searches ie "find comma replace with ####," find #### and replace with tab so you can unlink some of the exported fields and end up with a text file with: fname <tab> lname <tab> address <tab> City <tab> State <tab> Zip.
It's honestly harder to explain than to do.

Melora:
If you have it in a text file, why do you still need printwiz? But if
you still do, you can issue the command: printwiz thetextfile.txt. I
think if you want to format it certain way, you can also use an init
file by using the parameter: printwiz thetextfile.txt
/init=yourinitfile. Your init file will define the format you want your
labels to print.

Subject: Help with address labels please
Hello. We have created a text file with patron addresses. We have
purchased and installed Print Wizard. We have the laser label stock we
want
to use. Now, can somebody possibly help us print the actual labels to a
laser printer? I've searched the archives and web site and can't find a
how-to.
Many thanks,
Melora
