- Subject: Re: Problem with WAM entry for OUP title from UK
We have two WAM entries for Oxford University Press jounrals, one for
those hosted on HighWire and another for those hosted on the UK server.
The latter entry is:
1 > Token oup2
2 > IP Address/Host Name *.oup.co.uk
3 > Port 80
4 > Service Level 0
5 > Verify 2
6 > Valid Patron Types 20,28,34,38-52,60,68,74,78-92
7 > Valid Patron Home Libs
8 > Database Identifier
9 > Database Name OUP
and access via WAM works fine.
Since I was just replying to someone's email about WebBridge I thought
this was also a question about WebBridge linking to OUP journals! So I
checked that WebBridge linking to this journal also works - before I
realised this was a straightforward WAM question.
Incidentally I was talking to someone from OUP recently and learned that
they would be migrating all e-journal contents to HighWire in the near
future. Not that this helps you in the short term.
