Problem with WAM entry for OUP title from UK

Most Oxford University Press titles are hosted on HighWire and WAM entries
work easily for them.

We have one title, Journal of the history of medicine and allied sciences,
that has the URL:

http://www3.oup.co.uk/jalsci/contents.html 

This title is interesting in that it is available both from Project Muse and
from the UK on the UK OUP server.  Our subscription requires that we use the
UK server.

I have been unable to get this to work with WAM, and don't have any other
titles from this OUP site.  Has anyone been able to get this site to work
with WAM?  If so, would you share the WAM entry you used?
