- Subject: Serials labels scroll too much, help
Good morning,
I am struggling to help one of our sites with a serials label issue. We need to print serials labels from QVT. When we do so, the format for the actual label is fine, but then the label printer scrolls many many inches of labels before stopping
at the next one. We are wasting lots of labels! I cannot find the setting that controls how much distance to scroll in between labels. There is a system option that controls the vertical space between labels, but on our system it is set to only
three lines. I cannot fathom why three lines equals a distance of ten to twelve labels.
If anyone has had this problem, I would sure appreciate some suggestions. Thanks very much.
Regards,
