After searching numerous tech sites the only resolutions suggested were
to use ie6 newest version with a fresh install and make sure there is no
spyware mucking things up. All mentioned this error is commonly
generated by the AOL browser.
There is a similar discussion thread at:

Hi Paul,
I received that information from the patron after I sent out my original
email.
The patron reports,"Page Not Available 566 Response Http version
unsupported"
He does not get this message except when clicking on any of the links on
the
Featured Lists page. Any ideas?
Glenda

Glenda --
When you say that they "cannot access" exactly what is the symptom that
is
being reported? Is it a 404 error message? Frozen screen?
Thanks for the clarification,
Paul

Subject: Featured lists
Hello everyone,
I have a patron who cannot access our Featured Lists. We are on Release
2002 Phase 3. He has tried to access the lists both on his desktop and
laptop.
He can access everything else on our site including his patron record.
One
of his machines runs Windows 98, the other XP. He has Internet Explorer
5.5
on one machine and Internet Explorer 6.0 on the other. He has AOL, but
uses
Internet Explorer for his browser. I have not had any other reports of
this
problem. I saw where there were questions about Netscape and Featured
Lists
on the listserve. Is anyone else experiencing the problem that my
patron
is?
Thanks for your help,
Glenda
