We have also been working with css and have had a few problems, especially with the single bib display.

We can enter different "layout codes" in TD.bibInfoLabel,
TD.bibInfoData and TABLE.bibWidgit to make changes to the bib display. However, if we enter codes in e.g TABLE.bibScreen or TABLE.bibHoldings there are no changes in the bib display.

Has anyone else experienced similar problems with coding?

No. If application of CSS is not doing what you expect, chances are it's due to one of several reasons:

(1) The class doesn't exist in the source code. (I can't find a bibHoldings class in the Phase 3 WebOPAC (and I don't think there was one in Phase 2, was there?).

(2) There's an error (or errors) in the style sheet.

(3) Browser quirkiness and/or non-supporting browsers.

(4) Trying to apply a property to an element which doesn't accept that property. (Sometimes a style cannot be applied to an element because of the CSS standard; sometimes it's because of #3 (browser quirkiness).)

What styles are you trying to apply which are not working?
