I'd consider setting the TIMEOUT wwwoption to a much lower number than
what you have it set as now. I don't know if setting it at 6000 (100
minutes) is wise and I never would set it above 300 (5 minutes) and
would recommend 120 (2 minutes).

Also, use the LOGGEDIN_MSG wwwoption to set the font color and size and
emphasis so that people cannot miss it when it is active.

Also, you can set STARTOVER, PSTARTOVER and XSTARTOVER wwwoptions to
"/" as that should clear the patron information when they choose one of
those options. It can be annoying to patrons that go back to the
beginning as they will have to reauthenticate, but the extra security is
worth it in my opinion.
