Featured lists

Hello everyone,
 
I have a patron who cannot access our Featured Lists.  We are on Release
2002 Phase 3.  He has tried to access the lists both on his desktop and
laptop.
He can access everything else on our site including his patron record.  One
of his machines runs Windows 98, the other XP.  He has Internet Explorer 5.5
on one machine and Internet Explorer 6.0 on the other.  He has AOL, but uses
Internet Explorer for his browser.  I have not had any other reports of this
problem.  I saw where there were questions about Netscape and Featured Lists
on the listserve.   Is anyone else experiencing the problem that my patron
is?
