Hi Judy,

For deleted order record in Adquisition Module,  you have doing  the
following:

1.- <clic> to Claims and Canceling Orders icons,
2.- You can specific order or search a range, review file or index for
cancelling order record,
3.-  When  you find the record that you wish to delete, <clic> button
"CANCEL",
4.- after <clic> button "STOP",
5.- after, <clic> "SEND" icons,
6.- Print and send cancellation,
7.- Post the Payfile (Process),
8.- Review  STATUS of Title canceled  (fixed-length fields).   Its must be
"z",
9.- You must generate a LIST to order record with STATUS = "z"
10.- After, you go to character-based system and choose
      A>
          D>
    and choose the LIST that  you created in step 9.
11.- Deleted the order record.

I hope that you solved the deleting order record.

Hi,
I am the Acquisitions Librarian at Wits University and we have just started
working on Millennium. We are on Mill. 2002, Phase 3.
I tried to delete an order record on Summary, by changing the status to "1"
or "2" or "z" and nothing worked!!?
Is it possible to do this or does one still have to use the character-based
Innopac to delete an order???
