Hold Pick-Up Slip--Customization?

Dear fellow III'ers,

Has anyone figured out a way to add some customization to Hold pickup slips? I am speaking specifically of the slip that prints when a held item is checked in and to be placed on the hold shelf for pick-up. It is a system-generated slip that, for all intents and purposes, is not customizable. Our department staff manually write the patron's last name and first name at the top of the slip so we can find holds on our shelf for patrons arriving to pick them up. We were hoping for a way to have the slip automatically print the pick-up patron's name at the top of the slip, but I was unable to find anything in the manual indicating that this was possible, and a subsequent question submitted to III was answered the same way.

I got to thinking that Print Wizard might help in this regard, but I don't know that it can print fields in a different order (the patron name is not currently printed first), and it seemed like it might be too much trouble for our staff to have to keep loading different initialization files/templates for different kinds of receipts. I was thinking maybe we could use an initalization file simply to make the name field print in a larger font on all receipts so it stands out, but again, I don't know if this is possible, nor if it would help much.

Has anyone come up with an easier/better system for managing Hold pick-up slips?
