- Subject: RE: Proxy Rewrite with InfoTrac
Dear Terri,
We had this problem here, and needed to co-ordinate with galegroup. It
transpired that I needed to set up a WAM entry for every url that infotrac
can be accessed from. Our most used entry is based on the wam entry
*.galegroup.com, as the entry with infortrac.galegroup only seems to work
occasionally.
I hope this helps,
Yours,

Subject: Proxy Rewrite with InfoTrac
We have had some weird things happening with InfoTrac and our proxy rewrite.
Sometimes it takes the proxy info and sometimes it doesn't. I
wonder if I have a setting that isn't quite right. I wondered if it
is response time, but sometimes it does it on campus also. Has anyone else
experience this flakiness?
