Sending Innovative records to OCLC via EDX

Hello!

I am having some problems with OCLC when sending my adds and deletes to
them using the batch EDX method.  Innovative set up a special header for
us when I send  our files that has our 1)name of institution 2)holdings
symbol 3)add or delete run option code.

I would like to chat with an Innovative user that sends your records
this way also to see if other Innovative sites have the same set up.
OCLC says most other libraries send a label file in a separate format.

So far I've had to call OCLC every time I send the file in order to
alert them that the file is there to be worked on.
