Help with our OPAC

I have been working on a new version for our opac and am quite stumped
on a couple of items.  I have opened calls with Innovative and have had
great success in resolving most issues, but some problems remain
unresolved and my deadline is drawing to a close.

If anyone could weigh in, I would appreciate any help off list or via
the phone.  The link below is the main menu.

Problems:
When you open the main menu, the form begins with "keyword", but the
aura or tab placement (don't know the tech term) is over title.

When you do a search, the brief citation page table header (I think it
is the TR.browse header, does not span all columns, leaving a white
background, or the background is not filled with the proper color. 

Lastly, I am trying to suppress the small button that says Home/Logout.
I have suppressed PSTARTOVER, STARTOVER, LOGOUT & ANOTHER SEARCH in the
WWWOptions.  Is there something I've missed?
