David -- If you are using the customized ILL forms and are not using the tokens for the fields, then this is something that you have to update. The token is either "

<!--{illreqform}--> or <!--{illform}--> (depending on which method you are using)

There has been discussion on the list about the benefits and drawbacks of not using the illoptions token in the form. While it works fine, you have to manually update those lines in your form:

<select name="needby_Year">
<option value="Year">Year
<option selected value="2004">2004
<option value="2005">2005
</select>

I use the token for my books form /illb, but have broken it up for the journal form (/illj) so I had to update the pages manually. (I did not have to update the illb form). This is a very small price to pay for the customization that it affords me. A better systems librarian would have done it earlier in the year. I might have only done it on Monday!

Hope this helps.

Best -- Corey

Our Ill form page still defaults to the year 2003 with a drop down for 2004. Should this not have been automatically changed to 2004 and a drop down to 2005?
