Alan,
I can't offer any solution to your printing problem, but don't let the
time difference stop you from requesting support from the help desk that
you are paying for!
If you don't get a satisfactory response from the help desk person dealing
with your problem, ask to speak to, or email, one of the help desk managers
or contact Monica Ertel, Director of Customer Services. Their email
addresses are available on CSDirect.
Some technical support staff start work at 6 am (or earlier) which is
2 pm our time, so there should be sufficient time for someone to monitor
what is happening without you having to work late into the night.
Good luck.
