Be sure you are using the 'label' printer, not the 'standard' printer in Millennium printer options. That worked for us.

How do you set up the labels for printing from Millennium Serials? We
currently use a Panasonic dot matrix printer and we are generating
labels from a DOS program. When we try to print from the Panasonic
printer, it skips 5 labels. Thanks so much for your help.
