Could you perhaps do the create list on your I-code and subject "has" u.s.
to narrow it?
This would assume that the U.S. history class wants U.S. history books.

INNOPAC List

The ACC History Department has created a generic reading list for US
History I. It would be useful if students could search for all the titles
on the list. Consequently, we would like to add a note to the bib record
for titles that we own. The note would say something like: U. S. History
1301 Book List FY2004.

We have an I-code that distinguishes history books, but there are over
10,000 in our system, so that is a lot of items to delete, even using
Millennium create list. However, the faculty list is also long and would
require MUCH keying in to create a list this way.

At this point, it seems like the best way to create a list is to create a
list for all books with I-code for history, sort the list, and then delete

all the titles that are not part of the reading list.

Is there another way that I'm missing?
