innopac disadvantages

Hello! I'm new to the list. I have joined because I am a library/information science working on a project on the information storage and retrieval features of library automation systems. I have chosen Innovative Interfaces because it is popular in academic libraries. I have done a lot of research, including searching the archives of this listserv, but I am still lacking information on the system's disadvantages? Would anyone like to comment on any particular disadvantages of the system that they've found through experience? Also, I need to touch on the acceptability of the staff interface and would like to know what your impressions have been.
