Ok, so ISI broke something again and we can't use the print/export
functions again via the rewrite proxy. Maybe if we can get a consensus
of what is and isn't working we can all live happily ever after. Of
course, I don't think we ever going to be happy until Innovative can
implement the extra FIND/REPLACE rewriting options of the full EZProxy
product...

So, a show of hands:
