We are on 2002 Phase 3 running Windows XP and have the problem in
cataloging. I have reported it and have provided III with script dumps
and even had them capture it on a WebEX. It is in engineering. The
problem appears to happen when the system ends up with an unknown
source. If you look at the java window when you have this problem
again, you should see it. It only happens in cataloging but it
consistently happens. Can't tell the true combination of tasks but I
can make it happen pretty much on demand.
Hope this helps.
